Shipping policy

Red Valenteen currently ships within Australia.

Our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Production generally takes 2–5 business days, although some specialty products may require additional time. Shipping begins once production is complete.

Standard tracked shipping costs $9.95 AUD per order. Estimated transit time is 5–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination and carrier.

You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been dispatched. Products ordered together may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Please check that your delivery address, email address and any phone number provided are correct before completing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
